I am a licensed independent contracted Title Insurance Producer and certified Loan Signing Agent here in Maryland.
I worked for Johns Hopkins University for over 11 years administratively supporting numerous doctors simultaneously in the Neuro-Oncology department. This required professionalism, patience, time management, organization, customer service, attention-to-detail and excellent communication. I have since transitioned into complete entrepreneurship and will be forever grateful for the many skills I acquired.

What is a Loan Signing Agent?
A Notary/Loan Signing Agent is a Notary that is able to walk a borrower through the execution of their mortgage or refinance package at closing. A Signing Agent ensures all documents have been signed accurately and performs notarizations necessary in the package.
